The 3rd Upminster Scout group is managed by the warranted Leaders which run each section and overseen by the Executive Committee.

The Executive Committee consists of selected Leaders, an independent Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer, nominated parent representavitves and representatives from the Trinity & Methodist churches.
