I just want to say thank you to all the boys who turned out to Remembrance Sunday last weekend. We had a near 100% turn out from all section of the Group. It was all but 2 Beavers from a full turn out. @20

The Cubs had every one there,  was that 35/35 plus all the Leaders.

The Scouts covered three bases. British Legion march in Upminster -good to get the old union flag out and a first for us. Mark S at Trinity 6+Scouts, well done in getting Scouts back to URC.  Kevin T at Wesley 25+Scouts and packing the church out.I then want to say thank you to all the boys who took part and delivered the Remembrance Scouts Service:-The 2 Ed's for the readings- excellent diction, clear and precise. The Group of 3 Scouts for the "play" in delivering the "letters home" message (Ben, Harry & Cormac ) plus Michelle D for directing the lads and the boys who worked on and delivered the power point presentation. (Sean T, Cormac, Ryan, Mark W).

It was also good to see so many of our Leaders there as well and every one so smart. Mark K for getting the lads into the town and Adam looking after them.
