Why Am I in Scouting?

•To have fun

•To undertake adventurous activities

•To achieve the best for myself and others

•To follow Scouts of the past/present

•To follow the Scout aims-Law & Promise

•To help my fellow Scouts

•To find new friends and keep the old.

 

To be invested I need to?

•Know my Law and Promise

•To know that I want to be a Scout.

•To demonstrate good Scouting awareness

•Visit Scout base/Scouting Magazine/Books

•Find 10 facts about Scouting

• Know your Group-The Scout Leaders, Sections/District and thing we do together.

 

When I’m invested

•Get your Mum & Dad to turn out at Scouts/Group events

•Join in extra events –Camping/sailing/canoeing/hiking/biking

•Push the Scouts along .ideas/activities/days out/church events

•Keep the Scouting motto-
